Before joining Stanton Chase, Amelio served as Managing Director at MalinHughes, where he helped shape the strategic direction of the firm. He was instrumental in establishing new business lines, building long-term client relationships, and driving geographic expansion. Throughout his career, Amelio has specialized in placing C-suite, executive, and senior director talent for venture-backed companies, as well as national and multinational organizations in healthcare, technology, consumer products, and private equity sectors. He is recognized for his integrity, energy, and disciplined approach to identifying, attracting, and securing high-impact executives.
Earlier in his career, Amelio founded and led Morgan Healthcare Group, an executive search firm dedicated to hospital systems and healthcare technology companies. He has also contributed to the development and leadership of multiple successful startup ventures.
