Dr. Avez Rizvi, CEO and Founder of RADPAIR, said that Agentic AI is now a practical reality and that the company aims to redefine radiologists’ interaction with technology. He emphasized that the true potential of these workflows depends on industry-wide collaboration and standards. Dr. Rizvi highlighted that by aligning leadership and interoperability, innovation can become a routine part of clinical practice while making reporting more intuitive and rewarding for radiologists.

PAIRsdk offers a unified structure that allows imaging platforms, reporting systems, and AI tools to work together seamlessly. It enables developers to build Agentic AI applications that understand clinical context, act safely, and integrate naturally into existing radiology operations, reducing technical friction and improving workflow efficiency.

RADPAIR has also launched a coalition of industry partners to support the development of open standards and collaborative innovation. Early members include Fovia AI, Interlinx Systems, FINAO, Fireworks AI, AdvaPACs, deepc, Accessium Group, Radiopaedia.org, Vesta Teleradiology, and Intelerad. Dr. Frank Gaillard, CEO and Founder of Radiopaedia.org, said standardizing how AI integrates with radiology platforms is essential to fully realize the benefits of these technologies. Graeme McKay, CTO at Interlinx Systems, noted that PAIRsdk simplifies AI integration by supporting DICOM, HL7, and FHIR, allowing AI solutions to be deployed quickly so radiologists can focus more on patients and less on system management. Kevin Kreeger, CTO at Fovia AI, added that the SDK will significantly enhance radiologist efficiency and reduce burnout by enabling voice-first control of their entire workstation environment.

The coalition will guide the next phase of the initiative, developing governance and co-creating an open standard for release in 2026. RADPAIR will showcase its Agentic AI reporting platform, PAIR 3.0, at RSNA 2025 in Chicago at Booth #4932, allowing visitors to experience PAIRsdk, PAIR 3.0, and learn more about the partner coalition and its plans to transform radiology workflows.
