IMP and PMC Industries, a leading provider of surgical patient positioning devices, has named Mike Reilly as Chief Executive Officer of both companies and President of Innovative Medical Products, effective August 4th, 2025. Reilly succeeds co-founder Alan Wasley and brings a deep understanding of the company’s operations, culture, and customers. He has been with IMP since 2019 and most recently served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where he played a key role in launching new products, driving revenue growth, and strengthening relationships with surgeons, nurses, and sterile processing professionals nationwide.

Under his leadership, the company underwent a rebrand and enhanced its focus on operational excellence.
