Before joining MedeAnalytics, Figueredo most recently served as Vice President of Innovation at Experian, where he focused on modernization efforts, applied AI initiatives, and the development of new products. Earlier, he was Chief Operating Officer at WaveHDC, leading both product and operational strategy until the company was acquired by Experian in 2023 and later reintroduced as Patient Access Curator. His career also includes more than 15 years at Change Healthcare, where he held several leadership roles and helped drive growth across multiple market segments. During that time, he played a key role in developing solutions related to coverage insights, audits, and payer-focused fraud, waste, and abuse services.
Throughout his career, Figueredo has emphasized collaboration, creativity, and outcome-focused innovation. His leadership style centers on designing end-to-end solutions that use data, automation, and AI to improve efficiency while supporting better decision-making for healthcare organizations.
