Prior to joining MedeAnalytics, Lance served as Chief Product Officer at Avalon Healthcare Solutions, where he led enterprise and product strategy, built high-performing teams, and contributed to the company’s successful sale to WindRose Health Investors. He also held the Chief Product Officer role at Edifecs, leading the company’s transition to a cloud-first SaaS model and supporting a multi-billion-dollar sale to Cotiviti. Earlier in his career, Lance held senior product leadership roles at Evolent Health and Change Healthcare, where he guided the development of software and services portfolios, including health plan administration and payer financial management solutions, and led multiple business transformation initiatives.
Lance began his professional journey outside healthcare, gaining experience in management consulting, general management, product management, sales, and engineering in manufacturing and brewing industries. He holds an MBA from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University.
