Lanvers steps into his new role during a period of record growth for Locumsmart, which continues to expand its reach as an industry leader in vendor management solutions. One of his first major responsibilities as president will be leading the upcoming Locumsmart Education Conference in Nashville this December. He succeeds Aaron Paul, the company’s founder and former president, who retired in late 2024 after years of dedicated leadership.
With nearly 20 years of experience in medical staffing, Lanvers brings a wealth of knowledge to his new position. Before joining Locumsmart, he spent 16 years at CompHealth, where he advanced through several leadership roles including director, senior director, and vice president. He later helped develop CHG Healthcare’s Enterprise Client Solutions team and most recently served as Vice President of Business Development at CHG Healthcare from 2021 to 2024. Reflecting on his new role, Lanvers shared, “Healthcare is at a pivotal moment where hospitals and agencies are both managing tighter margins. I’m excited to lead Locumsmart in leveraging technology to help our partners operate more efficiently and deliver quality care to patients and communities more effectively.”
