She previously co-founded and served as CEO of Elda Health, a comprehensive digital wellness platform. Kulkarni has also held executive roles at Nua, a personal care product company, Inksedge, an events and communications business, and Komli Media, a leading digital marketing platform in India. Most recently, she led health management at Aditya Birla Health Insurance, where she oversaw the integration of wearable data and lifestyle metrics into actionable health outcomes. At Konovo, Kulkarni will manage the India Innovation Hub, overseeing strategy, growth, P&L, talent development, and organizational culture while maximizing India’s role in the company’s global success.

Halliday has also held leadership positions at Clarivate Life Sciences as chief commercial officer and head of Real-World Data and managed Strategic Analytics and Competitive Intelligence teams at Roche.
