Imagine Devices Inc., a company dedicated to improving neonatal and pediatric critical care, has announced a strategic partnership with Neotech Products, a global leader in neonatal and pediatric medical devices. Under this collaboration, Neotech will act as both a strategic investor and a go-to-market partner, supporting the development and future commercialization of Imagine Devices’ Trinity Tube technology. The Trinity Tube is an innovative nasogastric feeding device designed to combine feeding, vital sign monitoring, and internal respiratory pressure measurement in a single tube, aiming to streamline care for critically ill newborns in Neonatal Intensive Care Units.

Currently, premature and fragile infants in the NICU often require multiple tubes, sensors, and monitors, which can increase the risk of skin injuries, complicate workflows, and limit opportunities for family-centered care such as parent-infant skin-to-skin contact. The Trinity Tube seeks to address these challenges by integrating feeding and multiple monitoring functions into a single device. It is designed to monitor respiratory pressures internally, track core body temperature continuously, provide esophageal ECG and heart rate readings, and deliver standard enteral nutrition. The device is intended to work with existing bedside monitoring equipment and use standard clinical connectors, reducing the need for additional devices or capital investments.

Craig McCrary, President of Neotech Products, said the company is excited to partner with Imagine Devices. He emphasized that the collaboration aligns with Neotech’s mission to improve neonatal care through innovative technologies and expressed confidence that this partnership will lead to multiple new products in the coming years.

Iman Salafian, President and CEO of Imagine Devices, highlighted that the partnership represents a significant step forward for the company. She noted that Neotech’s global reach, deep clinical expertise, and experience in driving adoption make them an ideal partner. Salafian added that the investment and collaboration reflect shared confidence in the Trinity Tube’s potential to enhance neonatal feeding and monitoring, improve clinical outcomes, and support family-centered care in NICUs.

The Trinity Tube is still under development and has not yet received clearance or approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory body. It is not currently available for commercial sale, but the partnership with Neotech is expected to accelerate its path toward regulatory review and eventual market availability.

This collaboration signals a major advancement in neonatal care technology by aiming to simplify clinical workflows, reduce equipment burden, and provide safer, more integrated solutions for infants and their families.
