Lyon is an experienced healthcare executive and strategic advisor with more than 30 years of experience leading high-performing organizations across the healthcare sector. He has deep expertise in value-based care, operational performance improvement, and strategic growth initiatives.

Most recently, Lyon served as Senior Vice President for Strategy Implementation at Kaiser Permanente, where he was responsible for executing enterprise-wide strategic priorities and overseeing large-scale operational transformation projects. In this role, he played a key role in integrating Geisinger Health System following its acquisition by Risant Health.

Earlier in his career, Lyon held the position of President at Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Colorado, the state’s largest integrated delivery system. In that role, he led a $4.2 billion organization supporting over 6,000 employees and providing care to hundreds of thousands of members.
