HCAP Partners, a private equity firm based in California that focuses on impact investing, has made a strategic investment in Real Diagnostics, also known as RealDx. RealDx is a clinical laboratory that provides quick and precise diagnostic testing for conditions like urinary tract infections, toxicology, respiratory issues, and women’s health. This investment follows Salt Creek Capital‘s recent acquisition of RealDx and is intended to help expand access to high-quality diagnostic services in various healthcare environments. The financial terms of the deal were not released.

RealDx works with a broad network of healthcare providers, including doctor offices, specialty clinics, and skilled nursing facilities in 17 states. With support from Salt Creek Capital and HCAP Partners, he believes the company is well-positioned to increase its reach and continue offering fast and reliable diagnostics that improve patient care.
