Justin brings more than 20 years of experience in construction and project management, with a focus on the healthcare sector. Over his career, he has overseen more than $3.5 billion in capital projects, including hospital campus redevelopments, new facility construction, equipment upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.

In his role as vice president, Justin will provide leadership for Hammes Healthcare’s Western region, guiding client projects from early planning and development through final project delivery. His focus will include aligning operational strategies with client goals to ensure successful outcomes across the portfolio.

Justin serves on the executive board of the Association of Medical Facility Professionals Colorado Chapter and is a core member of the Lean Construction Institute Colorado Community of Practice. He earned a bachelor’s degree in construction science and management from Kansas State University and an MBA from the University of Missouri–Kansas City.
