Gozio’s wayfinding service uses context-aware maps to determine a patient’s current location and provide a clear route to their appointment. The integration is being piloted at UK HealthCare in Lexington, Kentucky, a large academic medical center with four hospitals, more than 80 specialty clinics, and numerous outreach programs. UK HealthCare already uses MyChart to manage patient health records, results, and appointments, and the addition of Gozio’s navigation technology is expected to significantly enhance the patient experience.

Gozio offers flexible deployment options, including embedding wayfinding into custom apps via SDK or using Gozio’s own mobile experience platform.

The company’s blue-dot navigation technology has already mapped over 200 million square feet of hospital campuses and is live at hundreds of sites across the country. This integration is available in the November MyChart release through the Epic Toolbox, giving health systems a practical, patient-centered solution to simplify campus navigation, improve access, and enhance the overall experience for patients.
