Dr. Kwo is a nationally recognized physician executive with deep experience in clinical operations, digital and population health, and governance for both public and private healthcare organizations. She is a Fulbright Scholar, an acknowledgment of her early contributions to healthcare systems and public health innovation. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology from Stanford University, a Doctor of Medicine from Harvard Medical School, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a Master of Public Health from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health with a focus on population health. She is board-certified in Preventive Medicine, with specialized training in occupational and environmental medicine, early disease detection, chronic disease management, and healthcare utilization.
Currently, Dr. Kwo serves as Chief Commercial Officer at Everly Health, where she leads a business exceeding $100 million, overseeing commercialization, clinical innovation, and the introduction of first-to-market diagnostic products. She previously held the position of Chief Medical Officer at Everly Health, managing clinical programs, telehealth strategy, quality oversight, and provider network development. Her earlier roles at Anthem, now Elevance Health, included Deputy Chief Clinical Officer and Staff Vice President of Clinical Data Analytics, where she modernized population health programs across commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and employer populations, focusing on digital care management, cost control, and performance improvement.

In addition to her operational leadership, Dr. Kwo has founded, grown, and successfully exited healthcare technology ventures, including serving as CEO and Co-Founder of InfiniteMD, a medical second-opinion platform acquired by ConsumerMedical. She has held executive roles at Amwell, helping scale one of the nation’s first large-scale online medical groups, and brings experience in venture investment and medical device innovation.
Dr. Kwo also has extensive board experience, serving on public and private healthcare and technology company boards, including Kestra Medical Technologies, Walmart de México y Centroamérica, Asensus Surgical, and Mass General Brigham Innovation. She has chaired governance and nominating committees and completed advanced executive education in corporate governance, audit oversight, compensation committees, ESG materiality, and cybersecurity.
