Drive Health, a new digital health company, has officially created a Clinical Advisory Council (CAC) to bring in clinical knowledge, real-world experience, and strategic advice as they develop Avery—a personalized caregiver assistant designed to help healthcare professionals, especially nurses, with daily tasks, patient communication, education, and ongoing care coordination. They understand that introducing new tools can sometimes add stress instead of easing it, so the CAC will carefully review Avery’s features and processes to make sure it actually supports patients and frees up time for caregivers.

The council will have ten members from different areas of healthcare, such as schools, hospitals, nursing groups, and related businesses. Two of these spots are specifically for practicing nurses, and they will be chosen through an open application process. Drive Health plans to hold the council’s first meeting in November 2025, which will coincide with a Nursing & AI Symposium to make the collaboration more effective.
Dr. Leeza Constantoulakis, Chief Nursing Officer at Drive Health, will lead the CAC. She said, “Our team is committed to using new technology to improve healthcare and patient care. As we create an agentic tool for nurses, it’s important and natural that nurses from all areas of healthcare are involved in the development. We know where our combined skills and experience can best help the sector, and this council is a way for us to put that into action in a meaningful and results-focused way.”

Co-Founder Kevin Longoria added, “We’re very proud to start the Clinical Advisory Council. Right now more than ever, healthcare professionals should know how to use emerging technology safely and ethically. This council, made up of top nursing talent, will be essential in helping move Avery forward and achieving our mission.”
The search for the two nurse members is now open, starting today, August 12. Applicants must have an active RN license, be working directly with patients at least part-time, and be available for one in-person meeting and three virtual sessions. Interested people should send their resume or CV, a one-page letter explaining why they’re a good fit for the role, and a letter of support from their employer.
