CurifyLabs, a leading company in 3D printing for compounded medications, has launched a new software platform designed to improve personalized therapy. Called CurifyLabs Create, this tool gives pharmacists an easy way to design or change medication formulas as needed. Compounding, which involves making custom medications when standard drugs aren’t suitable, has usually been time-consuming and prone to mistakes. CurifyLabs is changing this with its integrated Compounding System Solution, which combines software, high-quality excipient bases, and its own 3D printing technology. More than 100 pharmacists have already tested the platform.

Charlotta Topelius, CEO and Founder of CurifyLabs, said, “Our new software speeds up the compounding process, improves accuracy, and offers more flexibility than ever. With CurifyLabs Create, pharmacists can personalize medications directly from pure active ingredients or crushed tablets, and our expanded range of excipient bases allows for creating tablets, liquids, films, suppositories, troches, and more.”
The platform also includes built-in features for quality and compliance that meet FDA and GMP standards, such as electronic records, audit trails, and validated workflows. The company says its solution can make compounding up to four times faster than manual methods, while also reducing risks and improving efficiency.
