Brain Co., a company backed by Elad Gil, Jared Kushner, Luis Videgaray, and Eric Wu, has officially exited its stealth mode and raised $30 million in Series A funding.
Jared Kushner, who is also the CEO of Affinity Partners, shared that the team saw a unique chance to bring together top AI experts from Silicon Valley with major institutions worldwide to drive real change. He highlighted that Brain Co. is designed to connect cutting-edge technology with organizations that can use it to tackle big problems.

The funding round was led by Gil Capital and Affinity Partners, with support from several influential figures in AI, tech, and business. Notable participants include Andrej Karpathy, co-founder of OpenAI; Aravind Srinivas, co-founder and CEO of Perplexity AI; Fidji Simo, CEO of Applications at OpenAI; Patrick Collison, co-founder and CEO of Stripe; Reid Hoffman, partner at Greylock and co-founder of LinkedIn and Inflection AI; Brian Armstrong, co-founder and CEO of Coinbase; Mark Weinberger, former chairman and CEO of EY; and Andrew Liveris, former chairman and CEO of Dow Chemical.

Headquartered in San Francisco, Brain Co. provides an AI platform and tools tailored for large organizations and governments. Elad Gil explained that the company aims to change how AI is implemented and expanded in major institutions. He added that Brain Co. brings together top talent, fast execution, and wide distribution, positioning it to become one of the top AI companies of its time.
Brain Co. has already worked with ten Global 2000 clients, including a strategic partnership with OpenAI. The company has tackled important issues like automating construction permit processes, optimizing energy use in factories, improving patient care in hospitals, and handling complex customer service in hospitality and retail. These efforts have delivered hundreds of millions of dollars in value across healthcare, energy, retail, government, and hospitality sectors.
