Arisa Health was established in March 2020 through the merger of four legacy Community Mental Health Centers (CMHCs) to form the state’s premier integrated behavioral health system. With the organizations operating across different electronic health record (EHR) systems, Arisa Health underwent a thorough evaluation process, ultimately selecting Netsmart myAvatar™.
“Our collaboration with Netsmart is not just about updating our technology; it’s about streamlining operations and enhancing patient care,” said Anne Sheetz, SVP of Operations at Arisa Health. “We recognized the need for a unified platform that would consolidate our data and improve our workflows, which was a significant challenge with our previous, fragmented system.”
